Episode 293 – The Green Rush speaks with Shea Gunther

A black and white photo shows activist Shea Gunther from the back standing on a trash cash giving a speech to a rowdy crowd of college students on a campus. A sign language interpreter holds his hands up mid-sign as a fellow college student is seen to the left holding a large speaker on his head pointed toward the crowd.

We make a visit to our sister podcast the Green Rush for an interview with Marijuana Today producer Shea Gunther, who also produced this episode.

In the photo above, Shea Gunther, then a 19-year-old drug reform activist, is seen speaking to a boisterous crowd of students at the Rochester Institute of Technology in protest over how the school was treating the Rochester Cannabis Coalition, a marijuana legalization group which Shea started and that later became the first chapter of Students for Sensible Drug Policy.

Episode 117 – History of SSDP Redux

In this re-cap episode, we revisit a show from two years ago that featured a live panel discussion talking about the history of Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Produced by Shea Gunther.
