Episode 323 – The Passage of Ruth Bader Ginsberg

The U.S. Supreme Court is seen backed by a bright sun and a blue sky with wisps of white clouds. The flag flies at half mast to honor Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. A group of people sits to pay tribute amongst a large collection of signs and flowers left behind by mourners and well-wishers. The masks that people wear help mark the day. It's subtle and easy to miss, but one of the women standing to honor RGB has a cute dog in a front dog-carrier that she is wearing. The dog appears to be looking at the camera.

Betty Aldworth and first-time guest Diane Russell join host Heather Sullivan to talk about the recent passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, the ongoing wildfires out west and their impacts on this year’s cannabis harvest, as well as National Expungement Week. Produced by Shea Gunther.

The sun peaks out from behind the skyline as it sets. It casts a warm yellow light over the landscape below- which looks to be a dry mountainous desert. The center of the image has a bush breaking up the light of the sun into distinct rays.

Kris Krane and first-time guests AJ Herrington and Jimmy Levy join host Ben Larson to talk about the recent death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the just-announced delay of a vote on the MORE Act in the U.S. House, and the impacts of the ongoing wildfires burning up the west. Episode 321 – Taking Up The MORE Act

The U.S. Capitol building is seen just after sunset when the sky is all blue with not a touch of warm light to be seen. The view is from the side of the Capitol with a statue and reflection pool which shows a soft blurred image of the world above it. A handfull of people can be seen in small detail showing the scale of the full image.

Betty Aldworth and Ben Larson joins host Heather Sullivan to talk about the historic announcement of an upcoming House vote on the MORE Act, the vote this November out west on a number of cannabis issues, and the dip in the number of marijuana arrests in Texas following the federal legalization of industrial hemp. Produced by Shea Gunther.
